Mufasa and Sarabi by JasmineHopkins Mufasa and Sarabi by JasmineHopkins
Not sure I entirely liked the submission for the contest, so here's another. (for TLKFAA) ^_^

This is my favourite couple from The Lion King; King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi.
They're just so beautiful together. Even though they don't feature these two together a a lot during the film, there's something so special between them. Look like an intimate moment here? :P <3
I absolutely ADORE how I drew Sarabi. She's very challenging for me :P

They look so beautiful together. I especially love the choice of lighting. And Sarabi as a whole is a true gem to behold.

This is very very good. Probably the best one I've seen, which is why I have a question about this. Would I be able to make a line art of this? Its what I do all the time. I draw line arts from my favorite animated movies. Of course I will give you credit for it being your image. I just want to know if that would be okay for me to do. I love it so much I don't want to pass it up. :)

No sorry, I don't allow that sort of thing, but I am so grateful and really appreciate you asking. You should use the movie as reference if you need help drawing TLK fan art! ^_^ Being original is the best way to go, and you'll gain more respect from other artists in the community that way :)

Okay I just wanted to make sure. I thought it would be a no, but it can't hurt to ask.I always do use a movie reference, but I really just loved this so much! And yes being original is definitely the best way to go. Thanks for the reply!
